Recognition

The European University of the Atlantic is an official, non-profit university, and is recognized by the Spanish State through its Creation Law. The official university qualifications are registered in the Universities, Centers and Qualifications Registry of the Ministry of Education of the Government of Spain.

The study plans, adapted to the Bologna Treaty and to the European Higher Education Area, were verified by the Council of Universities and received the favorable evaluation report by the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA). ​

In compliance with the university’s legislation in force, the University obtained the corresponding authorization to commence the activities​and the implementation of the universty undergraduate studies, in accordance with the declaration of its​official character by the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of the Government of Spain.
